Back in 1971, Bob Cline opened the doors to Better Water, Inc. in TN. The company began as a small family owned business, which provided water treatment for residential and commercial clients. Since that time, Better Water, Inc. has evolved into a leader in the field of water treatment systems. Throughout the years, we have remained a family owned business. Mike Cline, Bob Cline’s son, is our current CEO and President. Having grown up in the business, Mike possesses a unique understanding of the water treatment industry. His expertise and knowledge in designing and manufacturing has proven instrumental in the company’s growth.
Since 1971, Better Water, Inc. has built a reputation on outstanding service, products and industry leadership. The superior build standards and high-quality components used in our equipment provide safe, reliable products designed for long-term operation. We have a history of industry leadership:
- 1995 - Received the industry's first FDA 510k for Water Purification Systems for Hemodialysis
- 1995 - Received an FDA 510K for Portable Reverse Osmosis Systems
- 1999 - Received an FDA 510K for Bicarbonate Mixing/Delivery Systems
- 2003 - Designed the first universal D.I. Divert-to-Drain
- 2005 - Received an FDA 510K for the Matrix Reverse Osmosis System
To meet the ever-increasing demand for our products and services, in 2005 Better Water broke ground for an expansion of our existing facility. Our new facility now consists of over 30,000 square feet of manufacturing, deionization, inventory storage, and office space. Today we are providing complete water treatment solutions for residential, commercial/industrial, laboratory and research, hemodialysis, and aquarium customers.
